"The emphasis in my practice is educating and assisting patients in making healthy lifestyle choices and identifying and removing any obstacles to health. These obstacles may include nutrient deficiencies, improper diet, toxicity, food sensitivities, stress, lack of exercise, or lack of sleep, to name a few. The goal is to strengthen and balance your overall system to restore optimal health. I use a variety of healing modalities to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. These modalities include individualized nutrition programs, detoxification, botanical medicine (herbs), homeopathy, nutritional supplements, and hydrotherapy. As a Naturopathic Doctor I believe that nature has provided us the tools we need to maintain health as well as restore it. We all have an inherent ability to heal when properly nourished and supported."
Sara LaRoche, N.D.
